- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing isn't complicated, we simply need the square footage of your roof surface as well as the different pitches on the slopes. There is some confusion in that you can not rely on the house square footage for accurate measurements, you need the square footage of the roof.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We work with our suppliers and attend any and all training classes or certification classes that they offer. We also do company trainings at least once a quarter on new technology and better service options. All of our staff are both certified in the shingle applications as well as certified in proper venting systems for all types of residential dwellings
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was laid off from a previous job and started working with a friend at his roofing company. After a separation from him it made since to start a company that I could grow from the ground up.
