- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Supervised Visitation is $40 per hour ($50 per hour on holidays). Monitored Visitation is $30 per drop-in visit. Breathalyzer Testing is $30 for a stand-alone test or $10 in addition to other services. House Assessments are $250. Forensic Interviewing is $150 per child, per hour. Court Appearances are $100 (flat fee) for the first hour and $25 per every quarter hour thereafter. This includes wait time. Please contact us for other fees. We do not offer a sliding scale or discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Intake is done over the telephone, unless it is requested to meet in person. After we have obtained the needed information, we will contact the custodial parent/guardian to conduct their Intake and schedule visitation. Scheduling notifications are by text message to provide documentation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff all have a minimum of ten years work experience in social work through Child Welfare. The owner also has seventeen years in law enforcement experience and is CLEET certified. Curriculum Vitae is available upon request.
