Introduction: Technology constantly changes, but two things never do. Customer Service and Correct the problem. Customer Service. It’s how I’m above others. After spending 15 years in the retail environment assisting customers with needs and resolving complaints, I’ve developed the skills and attitude to deal with people in general. I teach and train others in my knowledge and skill set to deal with technology issues and remove the intimidation factor that technology can invoke in some people, increasing productivity and performance. Correct the problem. My only solution. I will work tirelessly to correct problems, and communicate with those who need to be involved to get results accomplished. I do not allow things to be left incomplete, and in a state of disarray. I ensure successful resolution and then verify with customers that the solution has met their expectations. Computers and technology have been my passion since learning the basics in 1995. I enjoy helping others with computer, network, and security concerns. I am extremely satisfied with Kenn's work. When I explained the problems I was having he knew exactly what to look for and then went the extra mile by cleaning up stuff I didn't need. My computer runs much faster now with no problems. I feel comfortable asking him dumb questions!

    Standard Pricing is $40 per hour. Running bulk network cabling (via attic/ceiling or through walls) is $45 per hour.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I have had a passion for computers and technology for years. After spending 15 years with a major retailer's automotive business, they decided they no longer needed my services. (basically, I feel I made too much money per hour and they could hire someone to do the job at a cheaper rate) At that point, I decided to follow my passion and go back to school for computers and networking. Upon completion (and many positive interviews) I realized that no one really wanted to hire an employee that wasn't younger. I opted to start my own business providing people with affordable computer and networking services, as well as great customer service.
