- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a standard pricing foremost pest but some pest are harder to get rid of and use more costly products to treat them so I price every job accordingly
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
will the first thing I do is explain the process and the treatment that I am going to provide for them I also like to give tips on how to prevent further infestation from a particular pest or wildlife. I listen to their questions and try to answer them to the utmost of my ability. I show them what I am doing and how I am approaching the issue at hand and what the expectations of the service will be.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
the company I worked for in Fort Worth Texas was a very good company we did 8 Hour classes every month and the owner is an entomologist so it is nice to be able to bring all different types of insects from the field and have him show us what they were I learned so much from him and all the classes and all the Educators that came to help us learn and gain as much knowledge as possible and it's helped me be best technician I can be. and I always strive to learn more and provide a better service for my customer.
