Extremely friendly. Quick response to inquiries. Reasonably priced on services. They did a inspection of the house and said that a standard treatment was all that was needed. They didn’t try to sale me on additional services that I wasn’t looking for and did try to make it out that I had a big problem that would cost more. The guys were honest and straightforward with what was needed to solve my issue. They were ready and equipped to move forward immediately. I would recommend this crew to anyone in need of pest control. Even if your situation is small or large, these guys seem to be quite capable to handle it (even on short notice). Definitely give this crew a call.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Xtreme Exterminators offers free inspections and affordable pricing. We understand pest control can get expensive. Therefore, we provide in-house flexible payment plans to those needing assistance.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to the customer then I ask questions. The customer plays an intricate role in pest control. Often times there are little tasks they can do to help speed the eradication process. (Vacuuming, picking up items that attract pests and etc)
Next I implement my 5 step process:

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my general pest and termite certifications from Oklahoma State Universities Department of Agriculture. I spent two years working for my father-in-law, a 35 year veteran of the pest control industry before starting Xtreme Exterminators LLC.
