What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard diagnostic/service fee is $119.95, and that amount is applied toward the repair if you approve the work. We diagnose the appliance first, explain what we find, and give you the total repair price before any work begins.
If we diagnose a second appliance during the same visit, the additional diagnostic fee is half price. A $59.95 second-technician fee may apply for tight stacked laundry setups.
We do not install customer-supplied parts, and payment is due at the time of service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer contacts All Pro Appliance Repair, we first gather information about the appliance, model, and symptoms to make sure it is something we service. We then schedule a convenient appointment window and send a reminder before the visit.
On the day of service, the customer receives an “on my way” text with the technician’s photo before arrival. The technician diagnoses the appliance, explains what was found, and provides the total repair price before any work begins. If the repair is approved and parts are available, we complete it as quickly as possible. If a part must be ordered, we return to finish the repair once it arrives.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings 35 years and 3 generations of hands-on appliance repair experience. Our technicians are trained in residential appliance diagnostics and repair and are EPA certified for proper refrigerant handling.
We continue to build our knowledge through real-world field experience, technical service information, manufacturer procedures, and ongoing training on today’s appliances. Our focus is accurate diagnosis, safe repair practices, and fixing the actual problem rather than simply replacing parts based on symptoms.
