Juan did a great job. Came late in the afternoon and stuck with tracing a difficult to find short in the attic. Double checked everything on the circuit to make sure all was right. Juan did a thorough job of updating the electrical in my 1940s home. Initially he was scheduled to update/install new light and outlets boxes. He did a wonderful job of communicating certain tasks and staying on schedule. In addition, Juan also replaced the original electrical panel to meet current standards. I felt that his rates were fair and his skill level and professionalism to be more than proficient. Juan will be my first call for any future electrical services.

I have hired Juan a few times now, and he always does a wonderful job. He is responsive, arrives when he says he will, is competent at electrical work, cleans up after himself, and is reasonably priced. I will continue to work with him on my future electrical needs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $200 for service calls for the first 2 hours of work and $100 an hour after. I have a trip charge of $30 for work over 25 miles. I do provide free quotes and plan to offer military and referral discounts in the future.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduction is everything when meeting a new customer. Asking any questions about the electrical problems they are having or what they are wanting installed so I can determine the best possible route to get things done in a timely and cost effective manner.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to a trade school for 2 years and started working for an electrical company right after doing residential and commercial/industrial and was there for 6 years. I currently work at a new company doing residential work and have been there for almost 7 years.
