Hi everyone, I thoroughly enjoy doing electrical work and have been doing it for 13 years now. I take pride in my work, and customer satisfaction is my number one goal. I do have slight OCD, so I always make sure everything I install is always measured perfectly down to the millimeter, just for my own sanity. 😅 I can work around any schedule with no problem and can usually get to you the same day of the job requested or within a day or two. Rudy was amazing. He diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes. Fortunately, the fix was simply replacing a faulty wall outlet that affected affected four other outlets and a switch. He also secured another outlet that was not firmly set on the wall. He was both helpful and pleasant. If we have an electrical issue in the future, we will call Rudy.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do minimum $150 dollar service call fee. All quotes are free no charge. I also give military discounts, it's the least I can do for the brave men and women who sacrificed their life for our freedom.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's nice to talk on the phone with the customer so they can explain exactly what their needing and to discuss a time and day for me to go out and give them a FREE estimate and go from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for an electrical company for about 5 years and have done my own side jobs for another 7. Total of 12 years as an electrician.
