- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on project size, materials, and scope — every remodel is customized. We provide detailed written estimates so there are no surprises. We charge a $75 on-site consultation fee, which is credited toward your project if hired. We occasionally offer seasonal discounts or multi-room bundle pricing for customers completing multiple spaces (like a kitchen and bathroom together). Financing options and progress billing are also available for larger projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an on-site consultation to discuss your goals, design ideas, and budget. From there, we provide a detailed written estimate and project plan. Once approved, we schedule your remodel, handle all permits and prep, and keep you updated throughout the entire process. Our goal is to make your experience simple and stress-free — with clear communication, clean work, and a finished space you’ll love.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has extensive hands-on experience in construction, remodeling, and finish work, along with city licenses. We stay up to date on building codes, safety standards, and new materials to ensure every project is completed correctly and built to last.
