Project: Support for Swing Egg Chairs

She responded to my message within a day. She set up a time to look at my project. She quoted me a price, and I accepted without acquiring other bids. Brandon, another contractor she works with, installed the supports the same day. I asked questions. He provided pictures of his work in my attic, explained what he did, and what materials he used.

Overall, it was a good experience for me. I would work with both of them again.

Janae was so helpful and supportive with a major issue we had with our master shower. I had several companies do estimates for a leak repair and she was the ONLY one that I got “good vibes” from. She came across as honest and as if she genuinely cares for her clients, which proved to be the case. The cause of our issue ended up being much more major than we originally thought, and Janae and her team were there for us the entire time. It was discovered that the source of our leak was due to the shower initially being installed incorrectly. Due to this I decided to reach out to our home builder and they have agreed to cover the cost to replace our shower, which means they will send their own crew and Janae will not be able to complete the job. Not only did Janae encourage me to contact the builder about the issue, she also helped write a statement describing the issue that I send to my builder, which technically cost her the job of repairing my shower. When I called to tell Janea my good news, she was GENUINELY happy and excited for our outcome, I could hear it in her voice. In fact, she stated that it was the best news she had received that day. So, while Janea did not end up doing the shower replacement for us that was the original intention, I will 100% be using her for any home repair needs going forward.
