I appreciate the help to better serve our customers, we strive to give flawed service but sometimes fail. The customer was without air conditioning and could not get into her attic. I pulled my contractor from another job on a weekend and had him go do this job. To our dismay at extremely hot conditions the house was old and we found it not just a drywall entry but reinforced by 2 by 4 beams. We did the job which was extremely difficult. The issue the customer was referring to it a small trim piece was not fastened perfectly and a cosmetic issue that yes needs to be fixed. We also forgot to put a plywood on a return that she did not use to aid in air flow for the HVAC company. Sometimes grave gas to be extended both ways A) for a contractor to understand and help a customer which in my opinion the issue at hand was more than accomplished B) Now we are swamped I wish the customer would have remembered we dropped everything in an emergency Nevertheless we will take this review and do better. Grateful for feedback good and bad.
