Jeff came out to give me an estimate on a job and he ended up fixing my issue on the spot. Because the solution was simple, Jeff would not let me pay him for his time. Mary was a pleasure to work with and had great communication throughout. I will definitely be using Artisan again.

We had fire alarms that were through a security company that we kept the subscription inactive. The alarms went off and we could not get them to turn off. I called Mary and Jeff to help and within 30 minutes Jeff was there to help disable the alarms.

Jeff is great! We had a long list of repairs in our new house and he was able to take care of every one quickly and with really great quality. Both he and his wife Mary are very responsive to messages and professional. We will definitely trust Jeff for any handyman services we need in the future.
