- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we consistently beat the "big box" stores pricing. you won't receive a quote from us that's 3 or 4 pages long. we don't charge for every little thing we do. there's no hidden taxes, fees, or charges. we may not be the cheapest, but I can guarantee you will be more than happy you chose us for your flooring needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
the initial phone call is to see if we are capable of providing the services you need. if so, we will schedule an in home estimate (free of charge). we will explain in detail the process, timeline and pricing of all the aspects of the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned flooring and repair work from a company that is no longer in business. they were a staple in Oklahoma construction. it was a family owned business for more than 100 years and I had the opportunity to learn how to install flooring in such a way to help them to last the test of time.
