Hello! We are Footprints Floors, and we have been in business for over a decade, but are new to Thumbtack in Central Oklahoma. At Footprints Floors, we know that great impressions start with great floors! I needed to get flooring completed asap. I contacted several contractors and got a range from $1,000 to $2,500 to install about 200sq ft of tile. I was prepared to do as much prep work myself as possible and all I needed was installation. I spoke with Billy on Friday evening and told him what I needed. I texted him plans, measurements and a diagram of the space, and told him that I could remove the existing floor and prep the concrete. He gave me a very reasonable quote over the phone and emailed me confirmation the following day. He told me what materials I needed to provide and said his crew could begin on Monday. He and his team arrived at 8:00am sharp on Monday and began working. Despite the cold weather negatively impacting the setting time of the thinset, the work was completed by Tuesday afternoon. The gentlemen on his team were professional and very kind. They protected my space, cleaned up promptly, and most importantly, performed incredible work. I was very happy I chose Footprints Flooring for this job and I’d refer them to anyone!

Jimmy and his crew at Footprints came highly recommended by my contractor friend Bo the Builder. I am so impressed at the work he did. He worked with me to find out exactly what I wanted and then they performed the work on time and in the manner we talked about. He worked incredibly well with my plumber Wynn Plumbing for a smooth process even though they had never worked together before.I am very happy with the work hes done!In the picture he just did the tiling on the wall and the floor beyond the door.

Wow, Jimmy and his team are amazing!! Jimmy worked with us from the quote and all of my questions, through the selection and of course the installation! He was patient with all of my texts when were selecting the flooring and again when the store delayed our order a couple of times. The installation team, removed old flooring and installed about 1300 sq ft of LVP in 3 days! We love our flooring!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing and financing is available. We have discounts available for military and first responders. All fees and pricing are estimated and discussed in the consultation. We encourage our customers to save money by purchasing materials separately and we even have discounts available but we are happy to provide White Glove service with all materials included in our proposal.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we meet the customer at their property for a consultation with our flooring expert to help determine the best flooring options based on your goals and preferences. We will provide a competitively priced estimate quickly (usually on the spot).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We do continuing education with the National Wood Flooring Association, National Tile Contractor's Association and manufacturer classes.
