- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I understand that my role as your house cleaner is dependent on my ability to do a great job every time and I offer a satisfaction guarantee. My goal is to do a five star job every time but I will come back at my own cost if you’re not satisfied.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
In 2017, I left my retail management job of ten years to obtain an Associate of Accounting degree and start a new life for myself and my children outside of Houston, Texas. What I found along the way was more than I could of dreamed. A local company hired me part time to clean houses, while also working with my crazy, full-time school schedule. It was the first time in a decade of working that an employer had cared about me as a person and showed compassion to a household without an additional adult to rely on. Over the course of two years, I perfected my cleaning techniques and eventually went on to train the new cleaners on-boarding into our company. After graduation, I moved myself and my children to Oklahoma in the hope of growing my own small business into a local company who can also share a little bit of light back into the world.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have single clients, families, and everyone in between. I am an animal lover, while also respecting that other clients have allergies. My sanitation is rigorous and safety top of the line. If I can do anything different for you, just let me know.
