My Aspen is 16 years old and scared of everything now. She has dementia and can't hear. Two groomers came, one to shave her matted hair off and one to hold her and comfort her. They were both amazing. Aspen is doing great after her grooming, they made it less stressful for her and she definitely feels better.

The groomer was pleasant to work with and she groomed our two dogs ( bathe and trim). You can tell she cares about our pets and treats them as if they were her own. Pleased with the nail trim as well. Rambo and Coconut seem to really like her. Rambo doesn't run the other way when she comes.

I was very impressed with the quality of work! Courtney was so good with our anxious Mac. She even took stickers out of his paw pads that we didn't know were stuck inside. He had been biting on his foot! We will definitely be making Mac another appointment.
