I had a great experience working with Todd. He is very knowledgeable and has very good communication skills. The remediation work looks great. It will take time to determine if the remediation worked for my case in particular (CIRs patient), but I feel like I made the right choice with Todd and Bioclean.

We price our services by the square foot or by the job, depending on the work needed. Pricing starts at $0.70 per square foot. Your final quote depends on the size of the area, severity of the problem, and treatment required. We explain the scope and price before work begins.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by discussing your concerns, the affected areas, and who can authorize the work. Next, we arrange an inspection and explain the recommended treatment, scope, pricing, and schedule. Once approved, our team performs the on-site service and explains any necessary follow-up. For rental properties, mold remediation requires authorization from the property owner or authorized property manager.
