- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A. After the initial conversation on either the phone or through an email exchange I usually recommend meeting in person if possible to set up a free consultation and to sign any contracts needed and to officially book the date of the shoot. After the shoot I will upload all of the finished images on a private Dropbox folder, and once final payment is made the digital Dropbox link will be released.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A. Since I'm primarily a commercial photographer every job is different and every client has their specific needs. So, I charge based on the project and don't typically have set rates. For my portrait photography occasionally I will offer a special and that is usually already set.
