Introduction: One of our customers had watched us for months, mowing the lawn next door and asked for a quote. I gave her the quote then realized that she was over paying us every week. When I asked her if she had misunderstood what I had quoted her , She replied " You guys show up every week when your supposed to and my yard always looks great when you're done " . The way people are these days, apparently, these are rare qualities to find in a service oriented industry.
Working outdoors and seeing the customers that have been with us since the beginning. It's like having a very good friend whose yard you mow. They enjoy seeing you and you enjoy mowing their lawn.
