- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are based on the individual project that we are contracted to do. Each project is unique and will have different pricing depending upon the budget of the client, the size of the project, what the project is and how many team members and equipment are contracted for the project. We definitely offer discounts and on occasion offer special promotions. Clients should definitely inquire about them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we have a new cleaning service client we always ascertain exactly what services the client wants and needs. We will have an initial phone, text or email conversation and probably a site visit before the cleaning day. We will discuss all facets of the service and what the client expects. We will provide a price quote and get a detailed manifest of the items to be cleaned. Once we have scheduled the clean we will do a preliminary preparation with the team through a few days before the actual clean to make sure everything is ready and to see if the client needs additional assistance. We reconfirm the day before, the cleaning details and when the cleaning team(s) will arrive (morning or afternoom). We will arrive at the customer, preferably with the garage code or key code, we will enter without the need to wait for our team. If it’s not possible to give the garage code with us, you can always meet the cleaning staff at your home, but please remember that you will be given an arrival window of about 4 hours — such as 9am to 1pm, or 11am to 3pm. Because many factors can affect arrival time, and we never want to rush out of a home, smaller arrival window can’t be provided. Keys can be left at a safe place in your home, but hey, just let us know where your key are and you don’t have to worry about it. It’s makes for a smooth cleaning experience and you’ll never have to wait for us to arrive. If neither of the above is possible, just give us a call and we’ll work with you to make alternate arrangements. We will clean all predefined rooms on schedule. At the end of the cleaning, we will remove all the garbage and dispose of it correctly in garbage bags in the trash can. In all services, we invoice the client by email. We gladly accept the following forms of payment: Cash, Personal check, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal or Cash App. Payment is due at the time of service. You can leave the payment in an envelope on the kitchen countertop or make a transfer via one of these options listed. Because cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service, we highly encourage our customers to give us feedback so we continually customize your service. The feedback we receive helps us to serve you better, correct any problems and give praise to the cleaning staff who meet and exceed expectations. You can submit feedback to us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have extensive experience in house cleaning. In addition, we have combined managerial experience in window cleaning, carpet cleaning and office cleaning services. Our team is very qualified and trained.
