- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Sometimes I will negotiate a fee if that will help the client. But I do have set prices for other things.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask them what they are looking for in our session.Are there some poses they are more comfortable with. I like to ask the new customer to tell me a little about themselves, their ideas for the shoot and then I offer suggestions and ideas they may find interesting.What are their hobbies, what things do they like to do. I want them to feel comfortable with me because then they trust I have their best interests at heart.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken classes at Vo-tech but am mainly self-taught. I have taken classes taught by other photographers who have been great mentors. There is always something new to learn or practice .
