FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a standard pricing without seeing a job site First it's hard to quote a specific price or a basic price. For example: I could say $125 per hour to under an hour flat rate but the job is only putting on a door knob. This means that the customer was over charged by 65.00 or better depending on the type of doorknob to be installed. It's alot of ways to look a this but customers will have continuously high quotes unless a contractor sees a job first hand.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is to create a bond, friendship or business relationship with those We come in contact with. By doing this we are able to understand the customer and the customer isn't afraid to ask us to do something that they think maybe impossible. Which we as a company believe that everything is possible with those that believe. Creating a bond with our customers is the most important thing of all. Communication is the key to everything. Listening to what our customers dreams are and turning those dreams into reality.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
