- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is set by scope of work, complexity and time required for the project. My fees will reflect that I have over 25 years of specialized experience and knowledge and provide a premium service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Understanding the scope of the engagement is critical. We will have a detailed discussion regarding the needs of the client. Some are not a good fit for our firm. I ask a lot of questions to make sure nothing is left on the table. Communication is very important - I will be honest and thorough and expect no less of clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed CPA, Certified Tax Planner and took the US Tax Court Bar Exam this past November. I am a consulting member for Dan Pilla’s Tax Defense Network and work with some of the leading tax resolution specialists in the country.
