- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to start with a free in-home consult where we learn about what your goals are and what kind of issues you might be having with your pup. Then we explain the training plan and show you how your life will be changed for the better!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am AKC CGC certified dog trainer and a member of APDT (Association of Professional Dog Trainers). I also have a bachelors degree from the University of Oklahoma with Animal Behavior.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Watch for key words like, "I have to quote you my prices, give me a call first and then I will tell you the price after I have heard how difficult it will be". At Really Good Pets LLC, we don't do that. We have simple pricing that you can understand and we are upfront about it. If your dog is a "difficult" dog, it does not make your training more expensive. We treat every dog equally and don't punish you financially for the difficult cases. In fact, we enjoy them!
