- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $125 per hour plus material unless job has been looked at and quoted. We give free estimates to customers as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will be very honest and up front with the customer and will not throw in any hidden or extra charges. Customer will pay after work has been completed to their satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained by the US Army, and have multiple hours of training in the field.
