- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Besides subscribing to numerous blogs and sites with information and videos teaching new techniques, I am a member of the Arcanum, an online school for artists and photographers who use peer review and teaching to further our skills and vision.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My start in photography was purely out of a need to help a friend. A college roommate was the main photographer for the student newspaper and was going home for Thanksgiving and needed someone to shoot the football game that weekend. Being a last resort, he lent me his camera and told me to "capture something". Needless to say I fell in love with the work even before looking at any of the resulting negatives.

Group and individual portraiture, action shots, events/weddings, food/ad/editorial, architectural.
