- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Your price is original to your clean. Every clean is different so the prices vary. We will go over what you need during the walkthrough and discuss prices then. I find this method works best to prevent over/under charging. Recurring customers get discounted according to frequency.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first step after contact is to set up an appointment to do a walkthrough of the property you want me to clean. Please be as thorough as you want on your walkthrough!! This gives me the opportunity to make sure I'm meeting all expectations for your clean.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cleaning for majority of my life. Growing up in military family and having OCD helps as well.
