Sooo beyond grateful I found this company and how quickly they were able to schedule me! My flea problem got out of hand way to quickly for me to handle on my own but The technician they sent out answered all of my questions even if I got annoying with all of them. When I tell you it was INSTANT I mean I went from not even walking two steps and my ankles being covered to literally none the SAME DAY! I went in to my house 30 minutes after he sprayed couldn’t smell anything and I’ve only spotted 3 fleas since and I think they were ones that were hiding on my cats! 10/10 across the board!

I was scheduled in a very timely manner. The technician was very friendly, helpful and professional. He did a great job. I just wasn't prepared for the amount of work on my part for bedbug removal. It was definitely more than I anticipated

My daughter and her roommate live in our rental property. They have NO tolerance for bugs! I like that they can call them anytime between treatments and they will come out no charge. Happy tenants make happy landlords!

Kept us informed of treatment, as it took longer than planned. Far better to be thorough and take longer than to hurry and miss something when dealing with bugs. Provided good pre-treatment and post treatment checklist. Courteous and professional.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a small business, we not only want your business... we need it! Our pricing is very competitive for the amount of service we provide and the skill level of our technicians. We can always beat the price or service of other competitors in the area. It is just too good to pass up!
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I do a lot of bed bug jobs and recently I treated an entire house for less than half the price they were expecting. I have never heard of anyone treating homes as thoroughly as I do, that whole house treatment took 5 hours! When it comes to bed bugs, I don't take any chances- and my treatments are so effective I have never had to come back a second time.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
You usually get what you pay for. Most people try to find the cheapest service possible, but that's exactly what they get- a "cheap" service. If you are going to spend money to get rid of pests, you might as well get a great service for a good price- and that is where I try to be. Hands down I do more than anyone else, and my prices are very affordable.
