My name is Geoff and I have 20 years experience specializing in: repair of heating and air conditioning equipment, sales, and service/installation of all makes and models of heating and air conditioning equipment. I am licensed, bonded, and insured. I also have a construction background and can do a multitude of handyman projects that need done around the home from installing a ceiling fan to roof and chimney repair and so on. Airsource was recommended to me by a friend. I was having issues with my original in-floor duct down-draft system and wanted it converted to an overhead up-draft system. It was a sizeable job, but the quote Airsource returned was very competitive. Their timeliness with the installation was great, they arrived when they said they would, and they did not leave a mess. Always extremely competitive pricing and over the phone quotes are usually available.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to set up an appointment via phone/text. Next I would go to the jobsite to discuss any and all questions with the prospective client. Then give the overall job scope that will involve completing the discussed project. I work very hard to listen to what the client is looking for, and delivering said job efficiently and without breaking the bank.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-2 years of HVAC/Refrigeration School at the Moore-Norman Vo-Tech -Continuing Education Update Classes -Attend yearly Manufacturing Technology Advancement Classes -EPA Refrigerant Certification for all Type 2 refrigerants
