- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a $50.00 service call fee. We will waive that fee with repair. We also offer a free second opinion on system replacement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will listen to the customers issues. I like to keep customers informed every step of the way so there are no surprises. I like to explain what the issue is and what it will take to repair as well as how it can be prevented in the future.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduate of ATI Career Training centers HVACR program. Certified universal EPA License. Licensed Oklahoma Mechanical Contractor.
