I use food costing formulas.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I read their ad and then contact them with a statement about myself and what type of work I am familiar with. I always want to know party size and location of event before I proceed with a quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associate of applied Science Degree in Culinary Arts from Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology. As well as a certificate of completion in Culinary Arts from Francis Tuttle Technology Center
