Martin and his team not only do a great job cleaning, they are personable and professional. They weren’t the cheapest cleaning company but the additional cost was worth every penny. They communicated with me the day prior and the day of the cleaning to confirm date and time. This company adds a personal touch of kindness and generosity with their cleaning services. Something that is lacking everywhere these days.

You will appreciate the level detail this company delivers. They have cleaned my home a few times. They offer to correct any issues if you have any. I loved the communication they had prior to, during and after the job was complete. I can honestly say I was completely satisfied with their services.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've spent 3 years in the commercial and residential cleaning business. This time gave me the opportunity to learn what's needed to be successful in this industry. You need good processes, good people, and a customer focused culture.
Prior to launching my own company, I spent the majority of my career in a corporate mid-level sales management position. That experience taught me how to be a good leader and create winning teams. I spent my career in customer facing roles that required me to actively listen to clients' needs and quickly resolve their concerns in a timely manner.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked 3 years as an independent contractor cleaning commercial property. Over the past year I decided to include residential cleaning as part of my business. I enjoy both commercial and residential cleaning as they both have their pros and cons.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask your professional what services are included in their cleaning packages? Companies charge differently depending on the level of cleaning you are requesting. Most packages include standard clean, deep clean or move in/out clean.
Does the company offer any type of Satisfaction Guarantee if you're not satisfied with their services?
