Charles was extremely quick to respond to my inquiry, and got the work done the next day. His team even helped my masons with work outside of the agreed scope once on site, no questions asked. We just paid an extra fee. I would reccomend his services to anyone who needs debris removal done quickly and professionally!

I had a few projects that needed addressed on my house. Charles and his team have versatile skills and were able to address each of them. They scheduled and arrived in a timely manner and performed all of the listed work quickly and with high quality. Any additional issues discovered were communicated and allowed to be decided by me as to whether to do any additional repairs. Charles was straight forward and honest on his assessments. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the customer reaches out to me, I make an appointment with a customer for a consultation. I bring a 3-D design software to design any project, big or small with the customer so they can see exactly what they are getting. We then proceed with a contract agreement after both parties have signed construction will begin.
