Charles worked with us to prepare our home for market. We were working with Charles from out of state so there were concerns about quality, completeness, etc. we replaced two sets of double exterior doors, miscellaneous finishing and painting, etc. Charles was GREAT to work with—extremely responsive, great with technology—provided simple contractual agreements that were easy to sign electronically. Follow-through and work quality was excellent. I would recommend Charles / HMC highly for most any job!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the customer reaches out to me, I make an appointment with a customer for a consultation. I bring a 3-D design software to design any project, big or small with the customer so they can see exactly what they are getting. We then proceed with a contract agreement after both parties have signed construction will begin.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 8 years on the job experience.
