Colorist was more like a chemist! She took a great deal of time to be sure she had the right color to use in my hair, used several colors, worked very hard. I was very impressed. I was so happy with the results, but the color only lasted one month. Very expensive and time consuming for one month result. No reflection on Colorist, but product.
