FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing really depends on what training program you are seeking, where it will be conducted, how many participants, the amount of materials we will need, etc. Though I have some basic pricing guidelines, I like to quote each program individually to see what we can do to best help the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Talk to the client. Find out what training they're wanting or needing. 2. Give them a fair quote for the training. Don't overprice it or make it complicated. 3. Setup the class on a day and time that works best for them. EASY AS THAT !!!!
