1 - Reach out & talk a bit about what the client wants 2 - Book the session! 3 - Have fun at the session! 4 - deliver the photos shortly after! 5 - have amazing, loyal clients who wouldn't want to go anywhere else :)

I have a degree in professional photography, and I regularly attend educational events to stay on top of my field.
