We selected M&V construction for a replacement fence. Our old fence was falling apart we contacted five local contractors and ultimately selected M&V because they seemed to be able to meet our needs. Manuel gave us several quotes on our fence and was very detailed. The craftsmanship and work ethic are top notch. The fence should last at least 10 years without rotting. Our new fence is a western red cedar 8' privacy fence with a concrete footer to prevent rotting. The job was slated to take 5 days and it was finished in 5 working days. His crew was very respectful and professional. We have two dogs and the crew really didn't seem to mind them milling about while they were working. Additionally, throughout the process Manuel was very communicative and quick to address any concerns. Overall, the experience was great, thanks!

Overjoyed!!!! I had a contractor that was scheduled to install a safety rail for me prior to the Labor Day weekend. We found out that he became ill and at the last minute I was left desperately needing the safety rail installed, 3 days prior to entertaining guests for the holiday weekend. I put out a request on Thumbtack. Whooo Hooo! Not only did M&V respond very quickly, but Manuel and his team came and installed exactly what I wanted, in a timely manner, at a reasonable cost, and I am very well-pleased with their excellent work! I feel like Manuel and M&V were my heroes to the rescue! They are at the top of my list for all future projects! I would highly recommend them!
