- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You will be told of the price on the phone when scheduling. Our technicians will perform the service, and if any repairs are needed, you will be given a free estimate on the spot.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We educate all customers on everything fireplace and chimney. We walk you through the entire process, and when we are finished, you will get an electronic report emailed to you with the inspection report and photos of your entire system, we offer the most comprehensive chimney service in Oklahoma.
