The service technician Nevada was awesome. He arrived on-time and diagnosed the problem immediately. Nevada was very courageous and kept me informed about the work he was doing. Everything was neat and tidy when he finished. Our fire pit is working great. Nevada offered some suggestions on how to prevent the problem from happening again. Great service from the person who took my call and setup the appointment as well, regrettably I didnt get her name.

You will be told of the price on the phone when scheduling. Our technicians will perform the service, and if any repairs are needed, you will be given a free estimate on the spot.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We educate all customers on everything fireplace and chimney. We walk you through the entire process, and when we are finished, you will get an electronic report emailed to you with the inspection report and photos of your entire system, we offer the most comprehensive chimney service in Oklahoma.
