Our service tech, Nevada appeared to absolutely hate his job! He was everything but friendly. He treated our home like it was a barn, leaving mud from his boots & particles from the fireplace repairs on the floor. After cleaning up the mess we were left with a repaired product.Madison in the office was exceptional!

The rep who came was professional and friendly. The only real issue I had is the window of coming out was given to me as 10AM to noon. I had some other obligation until 9AM. I arrived home at 9:00 and he was here. The window given to him was 9 to 11, so he was right on his end. Fortunately it worked out.
