Their technician showed up and evaluated the situation from speaking to us. No tools ladders etc were used or removed from their service vehicle. We were given an estimate and agreed to the project. We were told they would get back with us the next day to schedule the job. '2 days go by nothing 1 wk nothing. I called their office 2 additional times and were told they would have someone call us. That did not happen.' received a visit from the same gentleman who. gave us the initial service call. He explained that the office gave us an incorrect estimate and that . should have been triple the cost. He explained that they didn't want to contact us because they bid to low on their estimate. This company exhibits poor integrity and underhanded business practices. I would not recommend them. I will be reporting them to the BBB as well as the Attorney Generals Office.
