Fit Factory 8

Introduction: Here at Fit Factory 8, we believe that the eight pillars of fitness give us a strong foundation to help ourselves, and others achieve our goal of generational health equaling generational wealth. It is not our goal to reinvent the fitness wheel, rather, it is our responsibility as fitness professionals to help all we come in contact with to find the fitness wheel that works for them. Our main goal at Fit Factory 8 is to cure reversible diseases through proper nutrition and exercise. Our fitness assessments are different than any other gym, and we care for our clients after they work out. This means we are available to speak with our clients throughout the day to make sure they're staying on the path to achieve their fitness goals.
