My experience working with Quality Touch has been professional. My opinion and suggestions are valued as a valuable member of the team. Heather works and quick responses to handle issues as well as address them. When I need things in the accounts she does her best to give them to me properly and sufficiently. If certain materials are not working for that account she strategizes to try and figure out what materials work better. Heather works in a manner that is power with versus powering over somebody which is very much appreciated. She's very precise when you make an error with the way she gently correct you and shows you the correct way to complete whatever task you may be having difficulties with. Overall working with Heather with quality touch has been an awesome experience and I have no concerns or issues to report.
