- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have a few guidelines that we like to follow as far as pricing our jobs, however at the same time we like to remain very flexible for there are no two jobs that are ever the same and this is what we love about what we do. We keep it simple.....one time cleanings are charged by the job, reoccurring is charged by the hour and distance, commercial jobs are charged by the hour and distance if it is a one time a week cleaning and charged by the square foot and distance if it is a more than one time a week. Note: There are always exceptions that can be made.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My preference is to speak with potential client over the phone then set up a time for me to visit with them in their home so I can understand what client is expecting and services our company is willing to provide. At the time we are both in agreement and client decides to hire us we are then able to come to an agreed scheduled day, date and time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Continuing education is apart of our business. We continually look to better our employees with knowledge of how and when to use useful cleaning agents/ cleaning tools so that we may provide a job well done.
