- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive yet comfortable. Services include all supplies necessary unless you prefer to provide your own, in which case a $10 credit would be applied to final billing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact, we will schedule a walk through at a convenient time. Either in person or via video call in certain circumstances will be conducted and a quote will be provided via email same business day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Not only do I have years of being a mother; and any mother knows keeping a clean house is a job in itself but I also have years of Professional Housekeeping and Commercial cleaning service as well.
