- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have standard cleaning prices, deep cleaning prices and add on prices. Prices varies on your home, the size, and the project. Please just ask us, we are more than happy to discuss prices, discount, fees, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process after receiving clients info, is to have a over the conversation or a face to face. This process is important because I want clients to know who I am, and how appreciative I am for their business. Second is to find out details, exactly what the client wants, and how they want it done. This is important, especially if I will be working in their area of peace, which they call home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in business over 7 years with more than 15 years of experience.
