- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I normally charge between $50 to $150 depending on the home and how often they want us to come out. Here is the normal price range for us. 4 bedroom home- first time and once a month is $125, every other week is $100, Once a week is $75. 3 bedroom home- first time and once a month is $100 every other week is $75, Once a week is $60. 2 bedroom home- first time and once a month is $75 every other week is $60, Once a week is $50. 1 bedroom home- always $50 no matter how much or little we come out. These prices include everything within the home. We do enjoy tips so please feel free to tip if you feel that we have done a good job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I normally either have them text me or call me. I give them an online quote that i stick to no matter what. Once they text or call me, I go to their home and meet them, I do a walk-through of their home and ask if they need anything special done. Once we talk about what they need done, the client will either leave for about four hours or, they will stay in a room until I am ready to clean that one. Once I am finished I have the client walk through the home and double-check everything and if they find anything that I missed I take care of it right then so that I do not have to come back out.

i have done this type of business since I was sixteen and at this time I am thirty.
