Of course, some people do need to take medications in the short-term. However, in the long term we should always strive to be free of or at least minimize our use of medication. Found Chrysalis Institute & Ministries and thought I would give them a try. My young daughter needed guidance and help in coping with the loss of her father so I made the appointment for my daughter and I for therapy. I met with Charles first and was very impressed by how knowledgeable, caring, and personable he was. So easy to talk to, felt like you were talking to your best friend. My daughter was equally comfortable with him and wanted to continue seeing him. He has watched her mature and helped her through rough times (me too). We are so much better at handling our situation because of his counseling practice. Both he and Kelly Bender are fantastic people. Charles used his skills with hypnosis to enable me to quit smoking two years ago. Although I was highly motivated to quit, I had been a pack a day plus smoker for about 57 years. I feel quitting permanently has been nothing short of a miracle and wouldn't have happened without the assistance and support of Charles.

For counseling the hourly rate is $120. Hypnosis and life coaching rates depend on the specifics of the work at hand and can vary from $85 to $130 per visit.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always spend time answering all questions a new client has before any work begins to insure they feel comfortable with the process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff members possess master's degrees or better in counseling and/or related fields. We also are certified hypnotist, naturopathy practitioner, Heart Math (c) certified and more.
