I needed help with a DIY renovation project and Ordonez Residential was able to work around my schedule since I am living in the house while renovating. The paint work looks great and the worksite was left clean! I look forward to finishing this project and working on others with Candido and his crew.

Candido was extremely punctual and reasonably priced. They got in and got to work that same week and knocked it out. There were only minor details that we asked to be fixed and he came back and fixed them promptly.

We have a Jefferson Park home built in 1918. It needed some tender care, on the inside (kitchen plaster ceiling repair and entire kitchen needed painted) and outside (some pretty intense carpentry work to repair rotting boards, etc and entire exterior of house needed painted). And we were on a time crunch. Ordonez worked with us on our budget and started the same week we reached out to them for an estimate. They actually finished BOTH projects in less than 3 weeks—unreal!! :). They were professional and respectful and did great work for the budget we had. We are recommending Ordonez to everyone we know! They even helped with other things, like electrical work. They really do it all.
