Be prepared and knowledgeable about how to remove the items they bid on. Only had a regular two wheeler and both tires were flat. I had to find mine and allow them to use it. In addition they did not know how to remove the handles from the refrigerator so that it would fit through the opening.
Details: Large items to haul • Furniture, appliances or electronics • Enough to fill half of a pickup truck • There are no flights of stairs

The photo provided showed the refrigerator in the garage, and there was no mention that it needed to be removed from inside the home. Once we arrived, additional disassembly was required to safely get it through the hallway. We also had a flat dolly and apologized for the inconvenience, while remaining respectful and taking the necessary precautions to prevent damage. Despite this, we felt we were met with impatience throughout the removal. We completed the job safely and without damaging the home.
