The service was perfect. Is it Shaun? I'm horrible with names...He was on time, cleaned every fallen nail and screw and asked if we needed anything else hauled with a smile. I will use this service again if needed. Again, perfection.

Fair estimate and great service. Arrived on time and took care of my problem quickly. It was a pleasure getting rid of my junk. I'm glad they are recycling things as well. Service at this level is a great to see, I recommend getting a quote, you'll be pleased.

Shawn is very professional. Responded back to me very quickly. Contacted him in the afternoon the junk was gone in the morning the very next day. We did everything virtually I didn't even have to be there. I pulled it all down to the curb he took pictures before and after and sent them to me and then I paid the invoice. Super easy and way better than trying to do it myself. Priced fair and he does a great quick job. Will be using him and again and referring friends. Thanks!!

Shawn was great!!! He arrived early and got right into the work. Even helped move some heavy things he wasn't hauling away. Shawn worked fast and went above what we expected. Cost was very reasonable and worth it. Thank you, JunKing!

I received a quote on the first day of my solicitation from JunKing. They set up a date to come grab what I needed hauled away immediately. I paid one flat fee & they came and got everything I asked to have removed. I will need more things removed in the future and they are who I will call. The other guys wanted two and even three times the price, it was insane! This group was professional and prompt and priced vary fair! Thank you JunKing!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically have a set price for junk removal although sometimes it does vary depending on the junk debris or materiel being removed. (Example: You wouldn't be charged a full pick up if I were to pull up and all you had was card board boxes or wood pallets as they are easy to recycle warranting No dump fee)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a customer reviews the quote given, I ask them to call or text the phone number provided for a Quick free consultation to get a better understanding as to what the customer needs are. I do this to insure we gave an accurate quote and to more less set a firm, fair price to ensure the customer that there is NO hidden fees. Also I like to answer any and all questions the customer may have.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've always helped people do clean ups and I have even done a lot over the years as in the Junk Removal business for other people. Im fulfilling a dream as far as having my own business in "junKing" and now my family is finally, after hard work and dedication, in a great position to accomplish our goal and make a stamp on our own hard working community!
