- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
What my customer should know about my pricing is that I make sure the price is reasonable. If I was to over charge, I will most likely not get the job. So I make sure my prices are reasonable enough to where me and the customer are happy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process of working with a new customer would be, that we make sure you know we are friendly people. We treat you as part of our family!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The only education I received, was experience from my father. I have about 4-5 years of experience growing up helping him.
