- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by hours spent creating. Communication time is free! I would be happy to discuss other payment options individually. No charge for driving less than 1 hour to meet and do business in person.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to get to know you and your business! There can rarely be too much communication about the project, so I'll always respond as quickly as possible. We all have to sleep though ;)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have technology training in the field of visual branding and will soon have completed a bachelor's degree in Communication Studies.
